free time....

It seems that there is so much to do that I can not multitask like I would like. Kids,home, work and free time. That in itself is an spect I can not comprehend. If I spend my free time doing things for me am I selfish and when I volunteer does it really make me a better person? When I am on the computer I feel guilty of not cleaning and doing laundry but does it matter, really does it?
